I hear all the chatter from nutrition and health critics. ‘How can you recommend frozen food? Canned food? Fast food? Oh wow! Do you have a PhD in public health and do you recommend people to do it?
The mark is well received. This is not a diet where you grow your own organic garden, milk your own cow or raise your own chickens. That’s for sure.
The foods you find in the All-American Diet Detective Diet are ladders. You may not be able to go to the farmers market every day and buy organic food. However, with this diet, you can lose weight, become interested in fitness, gradually change your eating habits and start leading a whole new life.
